I'm officially writing my first blog as an 18 year old! Don't you all feel old? ;]
Hahaha. My birthday was wonderful. I got balloons from Claire and love from everyone else. People got me cute little presents it was fun. And yes if you didn't hear already, mom pulled me out of school, and she and I went to a spa and got messages and facials. It was AMAZING! As in, so good, I'm thinking of wanting to go into a trade school for message therapy. I got the underneath of my hair dyed back brown and some low lights so my hair looks a lot darker. I like it a lot a lot. Everyone told me it makes me look older or more mature though... yuk.
Yesterday at school we had an orientation for the in coming freshman to Higley so I got out of most of my classes. Yay, two days of little schooling! But my hard classes that matter are in the morning so I still got the not fun part of school haha.
Then after school I went to Mill Ave with Miranda and Colten, my two very best friends. We went shopping and I got a caramel apple cider from Starbucks [SO YUMMIE] and a necklace manda bought me for my birthday. Its a Celtic pendant meaning wisdom. They gave me wisdom cuz they say I'm like their mother and i always take care of them. Especially manda because she has so many health problems. hahaha
Manda has a pendant that means friendship because shes super friendly and colt has one that means love because he loves everyone. :] Cool huh?
we took a TON of pictures on our trip. Practically documenting the whole thing. Here i'll put them up. so you can see my new hair too.
These first three pictures are while we were waiting on the football feild for freshman orientation to start. We were with the DJ club so we set up all the speakers and music stuff and were just dancing around and stuff listening to music.
Then the next pictures are a few of our adventure at mill ave. First miranda being super uncoordinated fell and scraped up her knee so me being all 'motherly' as they call it ran with her to starbucks to clean her knee up. Colten bought us stuff while i was doing that. we had to look through a few stores to find band-aids but we finally got them and i patched up her knee. Then Miranda was trying to drink coffee and an anergy drink and i wouldn't let her i was trying to take them away. And yes at that point I found a ribbon in my vest pocket and Colten tied it around my head. But I just left it there. I'm not one for caring to much about what I look like. Hahahaha.
And then the last one was a base player who just played on the side of the street. It was really cool! There was a saxaphone player down the street too but we didn't get any pictures with him sadly.
Sorry you had so look at lame pictures and be bored with the lame stories that a little highschooler thought was so much fun. But hey. You took the time to read it instead of just skipping over it so i don't pity you too much. hahaha. Juuust kidding. Anyways.
After our adventure at mill Claire took me to Applebees with some other people and we all got dessert and i got a free one for my birthday. :D Then we went to see Hes Just Not That Into You. It was really cute! It wasn't what i expected to be but it was still pretty good overall. Then I got to spend the night at Claire's but we just came home and slept because we were SO TIRED from freshman orientation and all that other stuff.
But it was a good night!
So I pretty much had the best birthday weekend ever. Thank you all for all your calls and stuff. I love you all alot!
I hope everyone is doing well, and being happy!

Sounds like fun! I want to see Just Not That into You, too... Actually there are a lot of movies I want to see... I'm just going to have to wait till most of them come to DVD... I sure wish you were closer... then I'd have a great babysitter.. j/k we could leave Brady home with the boys and we could go to all the movies he "says" he doesn't want to see. Well, I'm glad your Birthday went well! love ya
